A Bit About Me

Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Nurit Zimmerman-Haskin – Trusted Advisor, Executive Coach, and Organizational Consultant. I partner with CEOs, senior executives, VC entrepreneurs, startup founders, HR and leadership teams to build high-performing, fulfilled teams that scale sustainably.

As a lawyer, coach, consultant – and mother of three – I believe long-term success depends on integrating achievement with wellbeing. I strive to help leaders grow in ways that are not only effective, but deeply fulfilling.

I bring 25 years of experience, including over a decade inside the executive suite – serving as Head Legal Counsel and Chief of Staff to the global Indigo Division of HP Inc., then one of Israel’s largest exporters (over $1B) and multinational employers. I helped lead dynamic growth, global integration, and complex organizational transitions – including the cultural and strategic alignment following a global acquisition.

Alongside my “day job”, I’ve spent over a decade working closely with Chief People Officers and HR leaders, applying the Birkman Method to select candidates, strengthen managers, and build cohesive teams.

That chapter taught me firsthand what enables teams to thrive – and what gets in their way.

Throughout my career, I’ve been part of or advised many teams – some a privilege to join, others less so. I’ve seen how unnecessary misery gets in the way of motivation, creativity, and purposeful action.

My passion lies in creating the kind of environment where work is productive, people feel motivated, and success is shared.

I hold an LL.B. in Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.A. in Organizational Behavior & Development from Reichman University, and a deep curiosity to read, research and stay up to date on the latest developments in the field.

Today, my work brings together this extensive experience, my wide-lense perspective, and deep human insight.

I believe that when inner motivation is strong and teams feel connected – everything flows. My role is to help leaders create and sustain those conditions.
