- you may also choose to complete the Birkman yourself – allowing us to compare profiles and surface both alignment and potential friction points.
- We identify areas for deeper inquiry in follow-up interviews or reference checks and define how best to onboard the candidate.
- You will receive the detailed report(s) for the profiles reviewed.

How it Works
Every situation is unique, but the process typically begins with a conversation with the leader and HR to understand the nature and context of the friction. From there, I work directly with the individuals involved – creating a space to surface what’s getting in the way and explore a path forward.
The process may conclude with tailored guidance for the leader on how to reinforce progress and prevent future breakdowns. Most friction doesn’t require a long intervention – just the right one. The shift often happens faster than expected.
