A Bit About Me
Over the years, I’ve been deeply curious about what drives people – why some excel in leading others, and what makes certain teams genuinely happy together, full of energy and momentum.
I didn’t begin my career in organizational consulting, but rather in the field itself – first as a lawyer in a leading law firm, and later as the Chief Legal Counsel of the global Indigo Division of HP Inc., where I also served as a member of the division’s management team.
Alongside my legal role, I spent more than a decade as Chief of Staff to the executive leadership, where I discovered my passion: helping people find their right place, enabling leaders to orchestrate their teams so they can thrive, and building organizational cultures that create win-win outcomes for both the company and its people.
Since then, I’ve gained additional tools and hands-on experience guiding leaders and teams to become both more effective and more fulfilled. Today, I work with executives and emerging leaders, founders, and their teams across diverse industries.
I believe that when inner motivation is strong and teams feel connected – everything flows. My role is to help leaders create and sustain those conditions.
